As a Network Engineer (Telecom Industry), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Administer, monitor, and optimize WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi networks for optimal performance and availability.
• Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of network devices (routers, switches, load balancers, WLCs, firewalls).
• Configure, troubleshoot, and resolve network and security issues, including performance and capacity problems.
• Respond promptly to production issues, including hardware failures, during and after office hours.
• Lead updates and documentation of network configurations, firmware, diagrams, and cabling for end-devices.
• Provide technical support, conduct procurement, and manage projects for network and security enhancements.
• Define processes for network infrastructure management and drive service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with vendors for security reviews, assessments, and penetration tests.
• Work with the cybersecurity team to address network-related vulnerabilities.
• Manage network-related projects as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the IT Director or supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required.
