Resident Engineer / Resident Technical Officers

Job Scope:

• To carry out full-time site supervision as Resident Engineer & Resident Technical Officers as required under the Building Control Act & Regulations
• Contract period is 18 months to cover the construction of a warehouse development at Jurong Island
• Design & Build contract. Contract start date: Tentatively Apr 2025
• Total 1 RE & 2 RTO positions to be filled

Remunerations:

• In addition to monthly salary, AWS will be provided upon 12th month of service
• 2 months of gratuity will be provided upon completion of project.
• Overtime claimable

Job Requirements:

• With valid RE/RTO certificate issued by IES
• Minimum 5 years working experience in building works supervision
