Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire Private Leasing business unit
• Manage deregistered vehicles movements and coordination
• Ensure vehicle coordinator's mechanic quality control is maintained
• Ensure vehicle PDI quality control is in line with requirements
• Coordinate vehicle movements with vehicle coordinator to ensure premise is well organised
• Manage Fleet Manager's expectations
• Assist in managing hirer's vehicle issues
• Test drive vehicles for quality control before issuing
• Monitor vehicle fleet maintenance officer and driver support performance
• Train vehicle coordinator and PDI team in disassembling and replacing vehicle cosmetic components for cost savings
• Send vehicles to workshop for repairs and servicing
• Send vehicles to STA for inspections
• Ad-hoc duties as required and assigned by Management

Qualifications and Work Experience

• Class 3
• Minimum 1 year of good and safe driving records
• PDVL preferred
• ITE / NITEC / Higher NITEC or other equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
