Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Experience: 10+ years
Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience in business analysis, documentation, process modeling, stakeholder management, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Agile methodologies, API mapping, and project governance, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Documentation:
Create and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRD), User Stories, Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Business Glossary, Data Models, Test Strategy, Project Plans, and Process Flow diagrams.
Prepare Requirement Matrix, Gap Analysis, Problem Analysis, and Business Case reports.
Conduct process/data modeling including ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-Be’ analysis using Visio or Enterprise Architect.
Analyze and document APIs and create API mappings.
Gather critical business requirements from stakeholders and produce detailed reports.
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Support the development of test cases and review testing evidence to ensure adequate coverage.
Process & Project Management:
Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify improvement areas, and implement solutions.
Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional teams and senior management.
Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and management to align business needs with technical solutions.
