Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Advise the chairman and board on strategic matters, develop business plans to boost revenue and reduce costs, and monitor the implementation and outcomes of these plans.
2. Operational Oversight: Ensure adherence to budgets, achieve targets such as revenue and sales, and maintain accurate accounting records.
3. Team Management: Set business goals, lead key employees, manage client and stakeholder relationships, and oversee hiring and staff motivation.
4. External Representation: Engage with clients, negotiate deals, represent the company in negotiations, and maintain relationships with government agencies and local authorities.
5. Compliance and Governance: Ensure company policies comply with Singapore laws and regulations, convene company meetings, and attend board meetings.
