Hours per week: 1st Shift: 7.00am-3.00pm, 2nd Shift: 2.30pm-11.00pm, 3rd Shift: 10.45pm-7.15am

The Position:

1. Ensure all production processes and equipment are well maintained to conduct daily operating activities.
2. To ensure all tanks level (Emulsion and feed tank) calculation checks are sufficient for operations.
3. Perform routine and non-routine samples for QC testing.
4. Pre-weigh raw materials (i.e. liquid/powder) for preparation and collection.
5. Compound ingredients and pack finished goods with minimal supervision and wastage.
6. Transport finished goods to warehouse with proper labeling and update.
7. Manage operational process in an orderly manner subject to the batch sheet instruction and in accordance with Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
8. Carry out good practices of waste disposal in an orderly manner in accordance with GMP standards.
9. Ensure all essential material inventories are sufficient and replenish supplies to optimal level if necessary.
10. Maintain Good Housekeeping standards and Material Movement devices like stackers and report any abnormality to the supervisor, following up with the Engineering team.

The Ideal Candidate:

1. GCE ’O’ Level or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.
2. Willing to work weekly rotating shifts including overnight shifts.
3. Proficient in spoken and written English.
4. Must be committed and a team player.
5. Computer literacy in SAP and MS Office will be an added advantage.
6. Able to carry up to 25kg and withstand strong smelling environments.
