Our client, a leading global private bank with a strong legacy in wealth management, is looking for a dynamic and driven Client Advisor Assistant. This role will support the External Asset Management (EAM) Desk in providing exceptional service to External Asset Managers (EAMs) and Single-Family Offices (SFOs).

Job Description:

As a Client Advisor Assistant, you will:

• Provide proactive support to Client Advisors in managing client portfolios, ensuring superior client service and satisfaction.

• Prepare and handle account opening documentation, KYC (Know Your Client) compliance, and ongoing client due diligence.

• Assist in investment proposals, portfolio reviews, and preparation of tailored solutions to meet client needs.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient execution of client instructions, including transactions and reporting.

• Monitor client portfolios and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their financial strategies.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies to maintain a high standard of operational excellence.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• A Minimum of four years of relevant experience in private banking.

• Strong understanding of financial products, investment solutions, and regulatory frameworks.

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with a client-focused mindset and attention to detail.
