Japanese Speaking Business Analyst [SAP S/4 HANA/ Up to $10k]

• Engage in both business consulting and project management activities, showcasing versatility and adaptability.
• Analyze current business processes, identify issues and risks, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Recommend and design optimized business processes for future states.
• Document business processes with precision and quality.
• Facilitate effective discussion sessions with clients to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
• Collaborate with project team members to lead and drive business improvement initiatives.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

• At least 3 years of experience in Business Process Reengineering, including projects with or without system installations.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation, particularly with SD, MM, and FI modules.
• Proficiency in documenting business processes using PowerPoint or Visio.
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese (Business Level/JLPT N1) are required to effectively liaise with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with a client-oriented approach and strong problem-solving abilities. Confident in presenting and communicating effectively with MNC clients.

• Min 3 years working experience in the trading industry, preferably in a trading house or with trading house clients
• Experience with digital projects or technologies such as Robotics Process Automation, SuccessFactors, or Business Intelligence/ Data Analytics
