WSH Safety Coordinator

We are a signage manufacturing company at Loyang Drive. We are seeking to employ a WSH Safety Coordinator.

Job Requirements

1. Possess Bizsafe Level 2 (Risk Assessment certificate).
2. Safety Coordinator certificate.
3. Able to prepare RA, SWP, MOS, FPP documents with inputs provided.
4. Conduct workshop toolbox meetings and ensure housekeeping is done regularly to maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the factory.
5. Proficient in PC skills (Email, online permits).

Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with clients to apply for Permit to Work and arrange installation with clients upon checking in production items ready to install.
2. Required to go on-site for surveys if needed.
3. Assist in planning daily production work.
4. Keep track of all items' expiry dates and renewals prior to expiry such as (Lifting gear / Fire Extinguisher / LM Cert of machineries, etc.).
