PROJECT CO ORDINATOR

About the role

As a Project Coordinator at SENG & KENG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects in the Jurong East West Region. In this full-time role, you will coordinate various aspects of the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Liaising with project managers, site supervisors and subcontractors to plan and schedule construction activities
• Coordinating the procurement of materials, equipment and labour to keep projects on track
• Monitoring project progress and identifying and resolving potential issues or delays
• Maintaining accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports and cost tracking
• Providing administrative support to the project management team as needed
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant construction regulations and safety protocols

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a construction project coordination or administrative support role
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
• Proficient in using construction project management software and Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with construction processes, methods and industry regulations
• Adaptable and able to work well under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
