Job description
We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to manage global mobility, compensation, and benefits for employees across international locations. This role includes overseeing expatriate assignments, immigration, tax compliance, relocation, and international compensation & benefits strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Mobility Management: Oversee expatriate assignments, international relocations, and temporary assignments.
Immigration Compliance: Manage visas, work permits and ensure adherence to immigration laws.
Relocation Support: Coordinate housing, travel, and cultural support for relocating employees.
Compensation Strategy: Develop global compensation packages, including salary, bonuses, and allowances for expatriates.
Benefits Administration: Manage international benefits packages, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Tax Compliance: Ensure tax equalization and compliance with global tax regulations for international assignments.
Employee Support: Provide guidance on mobility, compensation, benefits, and relocation matters.
Data and Reporting: Maintain records and generate reports on global mobility, compensation, and benefits metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, International Business, or related field.
3 years of experience in global mobility, compensation, and benefits.
Knowledge of immigration laws, tax compliance, and global HR practices.
