Insurance Specialist / Up to $10,000 + Comms

Our client is a leader in providing innovative financial services and wealth management solutions. With a strong focus on personalized banking, they offer exclusive services designed to cater to the unique needs of high-net-worth individuals, ensuring tailored financial solutions to grow and protect wealth. They are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Insurance Specialist to join their team.

Key Duties:

• Accountable for expanding the portfolio and building strong relationships with customers and branches/hubs, while achieving both hub revenue and personal sales targets.
• Collaborate with branch sales staff to provide professional insurance planning services by meeting potential customers.
• Analyze customers’ personal financial situation and identify their needs in financial services; recommend life insurance products and investment-linked products to best suit their needs.
• Foster customer engagement by organizing meetings to discuss insurance offerings and raise awareness.
• Conduct fact find and insurance need analysis for clients and ensure prompt advice and solutions are offered to clients.
• Generate ideas and action plans on increasing sales activity and other relevant financial drivers.
• Handle the complete process of insurance applications and address any aftersales concerns from clients.
• Comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and report any suspicious activity to the Transaction Monitoring Unit.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities.
• Adhere strictly to the FAA & good practices guideline, including attending weekly/monthly coaching, meetings, and obtaining the required CPD hours.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years relevant sales experience in a bank.
• M5, M5A, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, and HI certification is highly advantageous.
• Experience in insurance sales is highly advantageous.
• Good knowledge of insurance concepts and products.
