Job Description
• Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR function in areas of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, etc.
• Experienced in coordination with foreign workers' flights, on/off-boarding processes, and assignment to dormitories.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, salary proposals, onboarding process/orientation, and exit interviews.
• Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmations, and all HR-related matters.
• Provide day-to-day administration and operational support in the HR team.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide advice and handle all inquiries on HR-related matters.
• Develop training and development programs.
• Assist in the performance management process.
• Prepare HR annual budget plan.
• Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time.
Requirements
Working Hours:
- Mon-Fri 8am to 5:15pm
- Alternate Saturdays 8am to 12pm (Work From Home)
