Senior GI Actuary (Regional) - Insurtech (Up to SGD $200K!)

My client, an innovative and rapidly growing international insurtech company, is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Manager in GI Actuarial to join their regional team.

This is a pivotal role where you'll have the opportunity to drive the profitability and growth of insurance portfolios across North Asia, while leading the actuarial reserving process and managing critical relationships with insurers and reinsurers. You'll be at the forefront of shaping reinsurance strategies, enhancing underwriting governance, and leveraging data to maximize profitability.

What You'll Do:

• Lead profitability growth by performing deep analysis of sales, claims, and portfolio performance, identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Design and execute cutting-edge reinsurance strategies (e.g., captive reinsurance) while closely monitoring their performance and effectiveness.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with insurers and reinsurers across North Asia to ensure sustainable business expansion.

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the General Insurance actuarial field (insurtech experience is a big plus!).
• Proven expertise in portfolio management and P&L analysis.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
