Roles & Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve corporate objectives and sales target.
2. Respond to and attend to sales inquiries, generate quotations, and follow up on sales activities including customer complaints.
3. Attend user group meetings, deliver product samples, manage projects, and conduct sales presentations.
4. Be responsible for new product development, including product sourcing according to customer requests.
5. Monitor and report on competitor activities and identify business threats and opportunities.
6. Plan and carry out direct marketing and advertising activities, including direct mail, telemarketing, photoshoots for new items, and electronic media.
7. Logistic and Sales Coordination duties including processing of Sales Quotations, Sales Delivery Orders, arrangement of goods for delivery, and assisting in customer accounts receivables.
8. Maintain warehouse and retail showroom.
9. Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least a year of working experience in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
• Able to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong customer orientation.
• Accurate, initiative, meticulous, and keen learner.
