Senior Fund Manager (Public Fund)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Public Fund Manager to manage public investment funds, ensuring optimal portfolio performance and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in investment analysis, portfolio management, and financial markets, with a proven track record in public fund management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fund Management: Oversee the overall management of public funds, ensuring alignment with investment objectives and risk control measures.
2. Investment Strategy: Develop and implement investment strategies to optimize fund performance and returns.
3. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, financial analysis, and risk assessments to support investment decisions.
4. Asset Allocation: Adjust asset allocation based on market conditions, economic trends, and fund performance.
5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure fund operations comply with the regulations of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and industry best practices.
6. Investor Relations: Regularly report fund performance and investment strategies to investors, senior management, and regulatory bodies.
7. Team Management: Mentor and develop junior analysts and fund managers, building an efficient investment team.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (CFA, CPA, MBA preferred).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a public fund manager.
3. Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management.
4. Experience in equities, fixed income, and multi-asset investments.
5. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
6. In-depth understanding of MAS regulations and compliance requirements.
7. Proficiency in financial tools such as Bloomberg and Reuters.
8. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
