Responsibilities

1. Coordinate department facility operations
2. Manage on-the-ground operations in the facility/site location
3. Extract and collate operations data for reporting
4. Support workflow reviews and enhancements
5. Provide support to any other operational functions as part of outbreak response
6. Plan and develop operational workflows for inter-division or inter-agency coordination and support
7. Point of contact when liaising with other departments/key stakeholders
8. Formulate and present situation updates to management
9. Forecast and manage budgets and team procurement
10. Daily team support including: new hire setup; purchase of goods & services; process invoices
11. Ensure compliance with administrative operations policies and procedures
12. Develop and prepare reports and maintain database

Requirements

1. Minimum diploma/degree in any discipline
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
3. Team player and collaborator
4. No experience needed; training will be provided
