Follow up promptly on new leads daily and ensure a targeted number of potential customers are invited to the center for trial classes.
Proactively remind students and parents of class renewals, guiding them through the re-enrollment process and addressing any related questions.
2. Customer Service
Greet and assist students and parents, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
Address inquiries and concerns from parents and guardians in a professional and timely manner, whether in person or over the phone.
Gather and analyze feedback from parents and students to ensure continuous improvement of services.
Resolve issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary, maintaining a focus on positive experiences.
3. Operations & Administration
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the learning center to ensure a smooth and safe environment.
Track attendance, monitor student progress, and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate and manage the scheduling of classes, ensuring that students and teachers are promptly notified of any schedule changes and necessary updates.
Support the administrative side of enrollments, including managing student records, processing invoices, and updating databases.
Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of necessary resources.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in sales.
Demonstrated track record of developing new opportunities, closing accounts and exceeding sales targets.
High energy, passionate and deeply empathetic of the customer.
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently.
Excellent communication skills, and good command in English is essential to succeed in this role.
Knowledge of the education industry will be an added advantage.
