As we expand our team, we are looking for passionate and experienced Education Managers to lead our educational initiatives, ensure quality curriculum delivery, and manage the performance and growth of our academic staff.

Role Overview:
The Education Manager will be responsible for overseeing the academic programs, managing teaching staff, and ensuring high standards of education. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of educational best practices, and a commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee curriculum plans and educational programs.
• Manage and mentor teaching staff, providing guidance and professional development.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set educational goals and strategies.
• Monitor and assess student progress and academic performance.
• Organize and facilitate professional development workshops and seminars.
• Ensure compliance with all educational standards and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students to address educational concerns and foster a positive learning environment.
• Evaluate and improve instructional strategies and educational methods.
• Analyze data to track academic achievements and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in educational management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with curriculum development and academic assessments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze educational data and make data-driven decisions.
• Passion for education and student success.
• Knowledge of educational technology and learning management systems is a plus.
