Pathlight School is the first autism-focused school in Singapore to offer the national curriculum together with life readiness skills. It caters to students on the autism spectrum with related conditions, aged 7 to 18 years, who are cognitively able to access the national curriculum but require additional support such as smaller class sizes, special accommodations, and teaching staff trained in autism.

The Education Technology (EdTech) Team serves as a strategic partner within the organization, empowering educators and staff to enhance teaching, learning, and organizational processes through innovative educational technology. The team also ensures a holistic approach to integrating technology, supporting content creation, staff engagement, and professional learning initiatives.

As an EdTech Support and Content Developer, your Impact and Contribution includes:
  1. Assist in creating multimedia content such as videos, graphics, and interactive materials.
  2. Provide logistical and administrative support for video/photo shoots, projects, and team activities.
  3. Support learning management system (LMS) administration tasks, including content uploads and troubleshooting basic issues.
  4. Maintain and organize digital asset libraries.
  5. Stay updated on trends in content creation and educational technology.
  6. Any other responsibilities assigned by your Supervisor.

Requirements:
  1. Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in content creation or administrative support, preferably in education.
  3. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut) and graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
  4. Familiarity with online learning platforms (e.g., Moodle) and their content requirements.
  5. Fast learner, able to adapt to emerging technologies in a dynamic environment.
  6. Works effectively with team members to support shared objectives and contribute to the department's success.
  7. Maintains attention to detail and ensures timely completion of assigned tasks.
  8. Shows a genuine desire to create meaningful content that positively impacts the autism community and supports special educational needs.
