Medical Services Sales Manager – Clinic Corporate Services Up 9 K #HVY

Responsibilities

1. To develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate and maritime clients.
2. To identify new business opportunities with existing accounts by collaborating with clients to develop corporate healthcare solutions to meet their evolving needs, including upselling or cross-selling additional services.
3. To actively manage and track the end-to-end sales cycle of opportunities from lead generation to deal closing and contracting, including maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline and disciplined process of client relationship management.
4. To ensure smooth and timely delivery of commercial projects from deployment planning to on-the-ground execution, working closely with internal teams such as operations, procurement, technology, finance, and HR.
5. Support acquisition of new clients by working closely with Chief Corporate Development Officer to engage and cultivate potential accounts.

Requirement

1. Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales operations, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
3. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
4. Knowledge of the Maritime sector and its health and safety regulations is a plus.
