Senior Manager, Business Strategy

A well-established consumer brand is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Strategy to join and support the regional expansion of business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop strategic insights to win consumers by analyzing internal/external data, identifying market trends, and uncovering new business opportunities.
2. Support SEA strategy development, facilitate business reviews, and prioritize yearly goals aligned with global and emerging market strategies.
3. Lead strategic work-streams, manage project risks, and coordinate cross-functional priorities.
4. Support SEA SLT in adapting to market changes and implementing change management processes.
5. Facilitate meetings, monitor KPIs, and report to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. 8-10 years in strategy/business insights/business intelligence/project management
2. University degree in business (finance, marketing, sales preferred)
3. Experience in retail/consumer/FMCG industry
4. Strong strategic & analytical thinking
5. Commercial acumen
6. Excellent communication & influencing skills
7. Proven project management
8. Adaptability & agility
9. Advanced MS Office skills
