Min 2 years of AP experience

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Assist in month-end closing and year-end audit
• Receiving, verifying, and entering invoices into the accounting system
• Handle and ensure accuracy of filling GST submission to IRAS
• Ensure accuracy of monthly bank reconciliation for outgoing payment
• Liaise with clients and vendors on payment and invoice and keep records up to date
• Handle record of fixed assets and prepare debit note for disposal fixed assets with revenue
• Reconciling payments with vendor statements to ensure that all payments have been made and credited correctly
• Maintain data for AP, cost center, profit center, internal order with proper procedures in line with company policy
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting / Business / Finance or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP (S/4 HANA) will be an advantage
