As a childcare Teacher, you should be someone who enjoys working with young children aged from 18 months to 6 years, and is passionate about their overall development.

Job Scope:

1. Engage, nurture and motivate children through play and hands-on activities.
2. Prepare, plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons.
3. Establish effective classroom management.
4. Set up and maintain a safe, clean and conducive environment for learning.
5. Establish collaborative partnerships with parents for the children’s development.
6. Perform routine care for children as well as ensure safety and hygiene of the children.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Certificate/Diploma in Early Childhood Education – Teaching (L1/L2 certification).
2. 1 to 2 years of relevant teaching experience in a pre-school setting.
3. Willing to explore Montessori methodology.
4. Enjoy working with children and passionate about educating young children.
5. Creative, energetic, and dynamic.
6. Strong command of the English language.
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Able to work well independently as well as within a team.
