Position Title: Accounts Assistant

Working Location: Tuas

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + VB

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure the accurate and timely generation and issuance of customer invoices.
  2. Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts, communicating with customers regarding outstanding balances.
  3. Process incoming payments in line with established financial policies and procedures.
  4. Conduct regular reconciliations of the accounts receivable ledger to maintain accuracy and completeness.
  5. Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes, ensuring prompt and fair outcomes.
  6. Monitor and prepare cash flow analysis.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries or concerns.
  8. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
  9. Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the accounts receivable function.
  10. Handle department administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent qualification.
  2. At least 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity.
