Team Introduction

The Trust and Safety (TnS) platform team is responsible for protecting our users from harmful content and abusive behaviors. With the continuous efforts of our trust and safety platform team, TikTok can provide the best user experience and bring joy to everyone in the world. Our team is responsible for achieving goals by building moderation desktop applications, a low-code engine & platform, and all kinds of supportive platforms across the TnS organization.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for optimizing scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of web-based application pages to deliver a compelling end-user experience.
2. Keep at the forefront of emerging web-based technologies and trends, research and evaluate the latest web development frameworks, and apply new technologies to drive iterative product improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree and above.
2. More than 3 years management experience, including more than 2 years cross-border team management experience.
3. Main job skills are front-end technologies: React or Vue, Webpack or Rollup, Node.js or Golang.
4. Good sense of business and technology.
5. Good communication skills and able to handle meetings across time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Major in Computer Science or related.
2. Working experience in a large Internet company (number of employees greater than 1000).
3. Familiar with Open Source, Server Side technology, Low Code, etc.
4. Experience in toB business.
