Logistics Specialist (Automotive, Incoterms)

Adecco is partnering with a Japanese MNC Automotive Manufacturer. We are looking for a Logistics Specialist (Automotive, Incoterms) to join their business!

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, we are seeking a candidate with relevant experience in export documentation and a proven track record of working with regional countries, 3PL providers, and stakeholders. Experience with SAP is also required.

• Permanent, Full-time opportunity
• Location: MRT Suntec / Promenade
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Salary Package: Basic + Bonus

The Job

• Managing export logistics documentation
• Communicate with 3PLs to coordinate shipments to assigned customers.
• Process, compile and verify documentation (e.g., shipping instruction, packing list, insurance, commercial invoice and/or waybill) on various platforms.
• Provide accurate information on correct documents to customers in a timely manner.
• Generate, record, and compile monthly internal report(s).
• Support with relevant BCP activities (including being a secondary person-in-charge).
• Participate interactively in departmental/group discussions/meetings.

The Talent

• Min Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
• Prior experience liaising with regional countries, 3PL, and stakeholders
• Motivated to be proficient in SAP (SD/MM modules)
