What’s the job?
This position is accountable for soliciting, booking and servicing Social, Non-Residential and Offsite segment booking business through both an established base of key accounts, key prospects as well as other new accounts.
To anticipate and exceed guests' expectation and needs in planning and executing each event while ensuring the best return value for the hotel.
Additionally, this position is active in the execution of the departmental marketing plan through the participation in both the planning and hosting the sales activities outlined below.
