Patient Service Officer (North East)
Job description
As a Patient Service Officer, you will be part of a team focused on delivering high-quality healthcare experiences for patients:
- Attend to patient enquiries over the counter to provide information on clinic services.
- Update patient registration information and process medical records in accordance with standard operating procedures and clinic guidelines.
- Assist in making appointments for patients.
- Assist doctors and nurses in basic clinical tasks when required.
- Collate laboratory and radiology results for doctors' review and follow-up.
- Perform daily billings and accurate transactions, including closing of accounts.
Requirements:

- Be driven, dedicated, and willing to serve.
- Possess PC/computer literacy and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to perform rotating shifts.
