Responsible for the P&L, customer experience and overall profitability of the Luxury & Fashion Category in Krisshop through strategic planning of brand campaigns and ecom activities. Overseeing category sales, P&L, and ensuring robust representation of brands and product assortments.
Responsibilities:
Drive both top and bottom line growth, effectively contributing to the achievement of P&L goals (sales, margins, and inventory).
Define, develop, execute and implement impactful marketing campaigns with a focus on the TR landscape to achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives.
Clear understanding of the ecommerce landscape to ensure digital touch points are well integrated within the consumer journey, driving innovation and business growth to increase sales.
Negotiate with partners for marketing support like MSA, GWP, discounts, vouchers, miles.
Lead Category Management efforts, encompassing tasks such as vendor acquisition, seamless onboarding, precise demand planning, dynamic pricing strategies, and efficient stock management (active depletion plans).
Optimize TR landscape (field survey, assortment relevance, cannibalization and profitability risk) in collaboration with Demand Planner to provide new insights on a quarterly basis.
Drive the business forward by constantly analyzing and assessing the effectiveness of the TR and E-commerce operations and current needs based on market competition, implementing new methods, systems, and ways of working where relevant.
Monitor sales targets achievement on a monthly basis and propose recovery plans in advance when the trend is going negative.
Carefully monitor the performance of all campaign activities, and prepare a post-campaign report with analysis and results for future improvement.
Monitor closely the sell-in/out to ensure forecast accuracy & inventory depletion.
Foster and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, while spearheading cross-functional collaborations that enhance overall operational synergy.
Understand the E-commerce landscape to develop promotional strategies to increase sales of products or brands outside of the TR catalogue.
Work closely with the Demand team to ensure healthy inventory levels and promotional strategies are achieved.
Work with internal Customer Experience team, Operations Team, and Partners/Suppliers to resolve customer issues and queries.
Ensure payments are made to Krisshop according to payment terms.
Job Requirements:
Strong and results-proven track record in delivering sales growth and/or business objectives.
More than 5 years of experience in the Fashion industry with at least 3 years in a people management role.
Excellent communication skills, commercial sense, problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, and data analytical skills to work effectively in a team within a flexible and fast-paced dynamic environment. Equipped with the capability to drive actionable insights that fuel business expansion.
Good knowledge of the travel retail industry combined with a strong understanding of the eCommerce platforms, products, and digital marketing tools.
Ability to manage and influence internal & external stakeholders.
Outstanding time management skills and the capacity to multitask effectively.
