Mechanical, electrical installation supervisor

1. Project Supervision:

1. Plan, supervise, and coordinate mechanical work activities to ensure smooth execution.
2. Manage and lead a team of mechanical fitters, technicians, and subcontractors to meet project objectives.

2. Installation & Maintenance:

1. Oversee the installation, alignment, and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
2. Review and verify technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy during execution.

3. Safety & Compliance:

1. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols on-site.

4. Reporting & Documentation:

1. Prepare and submit daily progress reports, manpower records, and inspection checklists.
2. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns.

Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and tools.
2. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

1. A Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
2. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
3. Mechanical or electrical background.
