Monitor end-to-end tracking of orders to ensure timely and accurate updates of works progress.
Provide timely, accurate and quality of works progress updates to Requesting Licensees.
Go on-site if needed to tackle site issues or as requested by Requesting Licensees.
Liaise with Building Management/End-User/Contractor on site survey appointments, submission of site survey reports, installation documents, and installation appointments.
Liaise with Requesting Licensees/Contractor/internal stakeholders on projects or work orders.
Liaise with contractors, Requesting Licensees, and internal IT Team to resolve technical problems encountered by order provisioning.
Verify claims submission and material usage from contractor for work done onsite.
Ensure the submission of WAH documentation from contractor and assess them accordingly.
Inspect sites and documents from contractors to ensure compliance with operational procedures.
Improve work processes through internal meetings with relevant departments.
Fieldwork involves fibre-related tasks such as fibre installation, fibre patching, troubleshooting of fibre, and attending on-site joint investigations with Requesting Licensees and contractors when required.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
Nitec or Higher Nitec/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline
No Experience welcome to apply as on-the-job training is provided
Hands-on experience in fibre splicing and wiring work.
Project management experience in dealing with contractors and site supervision.
Possess excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
A good team player & highly motivated, goal-oriented individual.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision & resilient to challenges.
Able to work at height and in confined spaces.
