We are looking for a Branding & Communications Analyst to join our SG Marketing – Brand & Communications Team. This role will focus on analytics and reporting across multiple branding channels, providing insights to optimize our branding and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering data-driven recommendations to enhance our communication efforts.
Job Description
Branding & Communications Reporting: Track and report efforts across key channels, including TVC (Television Commercials), OOH (Out-of-Home advertising), Social Media, and in-app Communications.
Analytics & Reporting: Work with internal stakeholders on analytics and reporting for Push Notifications (PN), Email Direct Marketing (EDM), and Social Media (SM) to track performance and optimize future campaigns.
Offline Analytics: Analyze offline branding impact to gain a holistic understanding of brand performance across multiple touchpoints.
Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on EDMs and PNs to ensure messaging accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Data-Driven Insights: Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data to enhance marketing strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing analytics, branding, or communications.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting tools.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media analytics tools, and Excel.
Detail-oriented with excellent language skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
