Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

What this job involves:

Providing Excellent Client Service
You will ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of services based on the agreed Individual Performance Agreement (IPMP). To do so, you will provide comprehensive and best-in-class management services to run day-to-day operations and services of our client’s facilities. You will manage and maintain consistent high-quality service levels in line with SLA’s and KPI’s, with a focus on driving continuous improvement in our client’s workplace.

You will assist the Facilities Manager in achieving the account’s targets and work with the other team members to meet all key performance indicators as agreed with the client. You will be involved in a wide range of activities and responsibilities such as the following:

  1. Vendor and Contract Management
  2. Facilities Operations and Improvements
  3. Financial Management and Savings Initiatives
  4. Procurement and Risk Management
  5. Customer Service & Client Relationships
  6. Reporting, Training, Staff Management and other responsibilities assigned by Facilities Manager

Delivering our facilities services
In this job, you are responsible for the entire soft services and facilities management services.

We would like you to be responsible for complex(s) facilities operations in terms of soft services. You will establish procedures and roll out to site staff, mainly Cleaning, Landscaping, Pest Control, Security Services, etc.

You are to ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget. In addition, you need to monitor that the vendors carry out technical audits and maintenance for all soft services as scheduled.

One of the primary responsibilities will be OPEX budget tracking and reporting planning. You will also need to provide administrative support to the team whenever required.

Consistency is what we do best at JLL. You are to manage the quality of facilities services within the complex(s) and monitor critical path activities and ensure timely escalation.

Experienced
You have a Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Business/Facilities/Engineering Management or equivalent qualification. In addition, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in Hospitality, Property Management or Facilities Management.

Proficient
You will have a thorough grasp of all facets of Facilities Management particularly the vendor management for specialized services, understanding of basic technical aspects and experience with performance-based service contracts and vendor management.

Competent
You have strong organizational and time-management skills and demonstrate the ability to create and drive new initiatives. You are a strategic thinker with strong solving skills, a passion for quality and have an eye for detail.

People Person
You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a customer-oriented mind-set and attitude. You also have strong interpersonal skills that translate into being a great team-player with the ability to assume a leadership role and delegate tasks effectively.

Team Player
