Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities

You will manage and lead our finance and accounting function with the following scope of work, but not limited to:

• Preparation, review and analysis of consolidated financial statements including required disclosure note.
• Coordination with auditors and provide the required support during the audit/review process of financial statements, including assisting with queries arising from audits by external audit firms and ensuring the completion of annual audited financial reports.
• Oversee and execute day-to-day accounting of activities that include but not limited to intercompany loan, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, financial management and accounting control related tasks.
• Coordinate and liaise effectively with our headquarter team, external auditors, tax agents, banks, corporate secretary, insurance providers, vendors and government authorities etc to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle full financial and management reporting functions, cash flow, tax compliance, GST reporting, assist in annual budgets and forecast financial information.
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures and are up-to-date/
• Work on M&A activities, provide support on financial analysis and due diligence.
• Assist in managing any other ad-hoc duties where required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or ACCA or equivalent professional qualification, with at least 5 years’ relevant working experience.
• Prior experience in healthcare organisations will be highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Meticulous and pro-active with strong administrative, coordination and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude, good communication skills, able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Able to work under pressure to meet reporting deadlines, strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Oracle and Microsoft Office applications.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore FRS.
