Logistics Officer (Changi)

Responsibilities :

• Lead, direct and manage a team that delivers consistent high level service quality and customer satisfaction
• Resolve critical or escalated issues arising from the operations
• Plan and monitor team schedule to ensure adequate manpower to support operational demands and business objectives
• Motivate staff and develop effective working relationships with peers and customers
• Train and certify new employees on all performance standards and provide career development opportunities through training
• Help to conduct annual performance reviews for all employees within department
• Address all employee performance problems promptly and directly in accordance with company personnel policies and procedures
• Assist the operation manager in day to day operation of the warehouse
• Responsible to answer all related questions with scope of work, BAU , any new Request / CR and Commercial
• Supports the continuous improvements initiatives and be the primary contact for all other global sites
• Provide periodical report and data for next level’s discussion and further improvement plan.
• Lead weekly Ops meeting and QBR.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in logistics industry
• Minimum 1 year of experience in managing a team size of 20 to 50 headcounts
• Experience in preparing reports for customer and senior management team.
• Have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
