Contract Admin Officer – Underwriting support (6 Months Renewable)
Job description
Description:
- Raise / produce client invoices
- Update client documents (Terms & Conditions, FAQs etc) with minor changes (dates / card types etc)
- Arrange translation of client documents (as above)
- Review broker / client reports for accuracy
- Replicate product development documents
- Update / format presentation material for client meetings / pitch documents
- Produce / reformat Local Service Agreements (based on existing Global Agreements)
- Liaise with teams to maintain / update documents on the client portals
- Maintain database of clients’ portfolios and documents in team's shared folders
- Collate documentation to support compliance investigations
- Work with global & local teams to ensure centralized databases reflect accurate / up to date documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the APAC TC team
Requirements:
- Min Higher Nitec
- Simple to Advance Microsoft skills
- Ability to demonstrate the use of initiative and a proactive approach in work
