Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Client Services, this executive will support our portfolio managers in portfolio management, trade execution, and reconciliation with partner banks/brokers/accountants. His/her responsibilities include:

  1. Helping to process onboarding, subscription and redemption requests which includes liaising with the investors for due diligence checks and documentation.
  2. Working with business support providers to process transactions and deliver investors’ requirements in an efficient and responsible manner.
  3. Making follow-up investor calls and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  4. Helping to maintain our investor record as well as a record of trades and settlement, funding, and reconciliation.
  5. Assisting the company in meeting tax reporting and audit requirements, as well as in fund administration and NAV reconciliation.
  6. Assisting with the preparation of marketing collaterals as part of the investor relations activities.
  7. Supporting administrative and enhancement projects as assigned from time to time.

Skills, Knowledge and Competencies

The candidate should ideally possess:

  1. A highly developed and keen sense of teamwork.
  2. Ability to understand issues and appropriately escalate to Management in a timely fashion.
  3. A dynamic, detail-oriented person able to work under pressure.
  4. Strong analytical skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office.
  6. Excellent communication skills.
  7. Relevant academic or professional experience in accounting, fund accounting, fund administration, or private banking.
