Visual Design Manager

Responsibilities:

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on UI/UX, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• Proven experience as a Visual Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design and various projects.
• Strong visual communication skills, with a solid understanding of design fundamentals and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Figma, as it will be the primary tool for 70% of your work, including familiarity with UI/UX features like components, variables, and styles.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva for secondary design tasks.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing using After Effects.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.

• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles for various devices and screen sizes, ensuring optimal user experiences.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles to create visually appealing and effective designs.
• Strong skills in creating marketing collateral, including brochures, social media graphics, and email templates that effectively convey messaging.
• Experience in working within Agile development environments and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs.
