We are seeking a Real Estate Research Analyst to monitor property market trends, conduct analyses, and author insightful publications. This role involves supporting stakeholders, performing financial modeling, and contributing to consulting projects. Fresh graduates with a passion for real estate and strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor the property market, identify trends and provide forward-looking research
• Gather data and maintain research databases
• Author research publications and insight papers
• Contribute to research projects
• Render support to internal and external stakeholders
• Carry out market analyses, feasibility studies and other consulting work
• Gather data and analysis to derive benchmarks and implications
• Perform financial modelling where required
• Contribute to consulting projects
• Draft consulting proposals
• Support the directors in various work projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• A degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Economics, Statistics, or Business.
• Passion for real estate and a knack for creative thinking.
• Strong commercial acumen with a desire to make a tangible impact.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a logical mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Interest in data analytics, with a willingness to explore and grow in this area.
• Attention to detail, a proactive desire to learn, and a collaborative team player spirit.
