About the Role:

As a Technical Service Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our technical services team by handling laboratory and field tasks. You will prepare materials, set up and operate machines for rubber testing and compounding, maintain equipment, and ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety and quality standards.

• Position: Technical Service Technician
• Employment: Full-Time
• Location: Jurong Island, Singapore (Company Transport Provided)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.
• Salary Range: SGD 2,000 to SGD 2,400 per month

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare materials and set up machines for rubber testing and compounding.
• Operate lab machinery to support consistent testing and analysis.
• Weigh, mix, and compound rubber recipes according to SOPs.
• Evaluate rubber properties to support quality control and process improvements.
• Maintain lab equipment through routine housekeeping and minor troubleshooting.
• Update inventory records and manage storage efficiently.
• Adhere to safety protocols and SOPs, ensuring proper chemical waste disposal and overall lab cleanliness.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Background: Minimum “O” Level or equivalent.
• Experience: Entry-level candidates with hands-on lab experience are welcome; 1 year of experience in a rubber inspection or laboratory setting; enthusiastic is an advantage.

• Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment and handling mechanical machines.
