Position Summary

Reporting to the IT Director Applications, the SAP-Treasury Lead will be at the forefront of the transformation and improvement of E2E Treasury and risk management processes along with Cash management. This role will manage projects and Support the Treasury business function by analyzing and mapping business requirements, processes, and objectives in SAP to improve their processes and output results. This ideal candidate should be an architect who can convert the business process into a system solution and be well-versed in the configuration of SAP. Strong functional knowledge in Cash and liquidity Management, Forex Deals, Trading & Hedging, Money Market, Trade finance, and Financial Accounting will be essential to success. The candidate should possess strong problem-solving and innovative thinking skills.

Position Responsibilities

• Design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) and Cash Management solutions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project objectives.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand business requirements and oversee solutions in the SAP system.
• Identify and drive process improvements impacting global stakeholders.
• Analyze and provide functional support for reports, interfaces, and enhancements. Review design documents and detailed specifications for Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP).
• Manage configuration of SAP and Integration with other SAP Modules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional team members to resolve issues and provide solutions in SAP.
• Review Documentation like a Business blueprint, process flows, user manuals, etc.,
• Ensure all treasury and risk management processes comply with internal controls, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required, and a major in Finance, Accounts, Treasury or a related field.
• Certified management accountant (CMA) or equivalent professional degree is highly valued.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is preferred.
• Previous business/ manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
• 10 years of experience with SAP Treasury (TMS, FSCM Treasury & Risk Management, Cash Management, BCM) with at least three end-to-end implementation projects is required. An understanding of accounting business processes is required.
• Must possess excellent knowledge in the following areas:

1. SAP TRM - Money Markets / Foreign Exchange / Commodities / Securities / Loans Management
2. Cash & Liquidity Management
3. In-House Cash (IHC)
4. Integration between SAP TRM and other modules like FI/CO, MM, and external banking interfaces
5. Bank Accounting
6. Good knowledge of Fiori Apps.
7. Good understanding of CDS view in S/4 Hana.

• Strong skills in Excel (able to perform all basic functions such as Pivots, V-lookup, and formulas) are required.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment is required.
• Excellent Leadership, verbal, and written communication skills, including presentation skills are required.
• Experience in coaching or mentoring consultants and proven ability to successfully manage conflict.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements like IFRS or SOX compliance.
