Job Description

  1. Industry-Wide Talent Mapping and Planning
  • Assist in conducting talent assessments across the industry, identifying emerging talent gaps and key trends in workforce needs.
  • Contribute to research on evolving skills and capabilities that are in high demand across industries.

2. Cross-Industry Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Assist in developing industry-specific strategies for attracting top talent, including recruitment campaigns and partnerships with universities, vocational schools, and professional networks.
  • Collaborate with talent committees across industry groups to develop shared talent pipelines and strategies for recruitment at scale.
  • Research and propose ways to enhance industry-wide employer branding to attract the best talent.

3. Leadership and Workforce Development

  • Support the development of leadership training programs designed to meet the evolving needs of talent within an industry.
  • Help create initiatives to foster cross-industry leadership networks, mentorship opportunities, and career development programs.
  • Participate in researching global best practices in leadership development and succession planning applicable across different industries.

4. Talent Retention

  • Research best practices in employee retention, with a focus on high-performing and high-potential employees across industries.
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing talent retention through competitive compensation, career progression opportunities, and meaningful work.

5. Data-Driven Talent Insights

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing cross-industry data related to key talent metrics (e.g., turnover rates, leadership pipeline strength, skill gaps).
  • Help create comprehensive reports and dashboards to track industry-wide talent trends, including identifying regions, sectors, or roles with significant talent shortages.
  • Support the creation of talent benchmarking reports for companies across the industry to evaluate their talent strategies against peers and benchmarks.

6. Cross-Industry Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Assist in facilitating collaboration between HR leaders from different organizations within the industry to share best practices and talent strategies.
  • Prepare materials for industry forums, roundtables, and conferences where talent strategies and workforce planning are discussed.
  • Help manage relationships with industry associations, think tanks, and academic institutions to stay on top of trends and best practices in talent management.

7. Project Management Support

  • Support the execution of key talent strategy projects, from conceptualization through to implementation and monitoring.
  • Help track and report on progress toward strategic talent goals, ensuring that cross-industry initiatives are meeting deadlines and achieving desired outcomes.
  • Coordinate logistics for cross-industry workshops, webinars, or events aimed at sharing talent strategies and research findings.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing/Communications/Business Administration/Public Relations.
  • Innovative thinking for campaigns and content.
  • Data interpretation and decision-making (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • SEO, SEM, social media ads, and email marketing.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Aligning efforts with brand goals and competitive analysis.
