The Senior / HR Coordinator will assist the HRBP team to deliver smooth and efficient HR operational support.
Job Description
Responsible for end to end onboarding operations, onboarding items preparation and distribution, and also coordination work in onboarding.
Collation of P file items and uploading into E P files.
In charge of contract renewal monitoring and administration.
Assist with the recruitment process from job posting, candidates sourcing and screening, coordination of interviews, and administrative components involved for temporary staff hiring.
Assist with the HR data consolidation work.
Perform a variety of HR duties and support the HR team in day to day operations, and any other HR matters/projects as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
Excellent interpersonal, people management, and communication skills both written and oral with proven ability to communicate at all levels.
A good team player and also able to work independently with minimal supervision.
