Support Product Properties activities in the laboratory.
Ensure the effective operation of applicable equipment and complete assigned evaluations on a timely basis.
Conduct assigned process development activities. Prepare reports and feedback on results with detailed analysis; perform immediate troubleshooting when issues arise.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Responsible for timely execution of Product Properties analyses.
Responsible for implementation of test methods pertaining to Product Properties activities.
Measurement Uncertainty and Method Validation.
Familiar with operation of test equipment/methods and corresponding calibration requirements.
Familiar with SAC Terms & Conditions.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot equipment with minimal supervision.
Ability to interpret results of equipment when used for evaluation and/or failure analysis and report accordingly.
Maintain operational readiness of equipment.
Maintain records of service – PM and breakdown.
Communicate with vendors for support in the upkeep of equipment & purchase of consumables.
Make improvements in operational requirements when the need arises.
Provide support during ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 17025 audits.
Support process development activities conducted by Project Manager/Senior Engineer.
Carry out any other tasks required by the Company and Superiors.
Qualification:
At least 12 months of continuous service, unless have prior relevant work experience.
Minimum Degree holder (Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Material Science) and minimum 1-2 years work experience.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiar with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 17025.
Self-starter with attention to detail.
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism; exhibit a high level of motivation and initiative.
