Job description

Main Responsibilities

  1. Answer calls promptly and provide assistance to end the call on a positive note.
  2. Receive, prioritise and process orders accurately within cut-off times.
  3. Generate goods return documents.
  4. Follow up and resolve customers’ enquiries, feedback and complaints.
  5. Maintain and update customers’ standing instructions (orders).
  6. Liaise with purchasing, finance, warehouse, fleet and sales team to achieve customers’ satisfaction.
  7. Manage complaints and generate goods return documents.
  8. Handle administrative scopes – quotations/tenders for hotel & pastry customers + update.
  9. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels or its equivalent.
  2. Accurate and timely data entry skills.
  3. Good organisation and ability to identify urgencies and priorities.
  4. Good phone etiquette skills.
  5. Good communication skill in written and spoken English.
  6. Meticulous with an eye for details with strong follow up.
  7. Responsible individual contributor who can work as a team player.
  8. Experienced user of Microsoft Dynamic Navision system is a plus.
  9. Related foodservice experience in the F&B industry will be an advantage.
