Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide assistance to sales teams and act as a liaison between sales representatives, internal departments, and overseas partners.
  2. Submit quotes, track orders, solve customer issues, and provide information about products.
  3. Monitor and review pending inbound, outbound, cross-trade shipment orders, and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
  4. Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant problems.
  5. Develop account relationships and provide service support for customers.
  6. Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant Customer Service/Sales Support experience in the international air & sea freight forwarding/logistics industry.
  2. Proven work experience as a Customer Service/Sales support specialist.
  3. Disciplined, sales-oriented, success-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  4. Good customer service skills with excellent customer service competency.
  5. Good interpersonal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
  6. Analytical and multitasking skills with an in-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  7. Meticulous, independent, focused with a positive attitude, and a team player.
  8. Candidates able to commence work immediately would be an advantage.
