Cleaning Supervisor

ZENITH FACILITY SERVICES PTE. LTD. – Bukit Batok

Overseeing teams of cleaners at several sites is a Cleaning Supervisor, who also inspects the results of their work, ensuring that all tasks are performed to a high standard. Apart from managing and arranging the work schedules of team members especially in the event of absences, the Supervisor also checks that all cleaning equipment is safe for use. This individual is adept at, and may be required to perform cleaning duties. Conducting inventory checks is also part of this role.

Roles And Responsibilities

1. Coach Service team
2. Coordinate and liaise with clients at worksite
3. Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace
4. Handle complaints and feedback from clients promptly and amicably
5. Handle reassignment of tasks when needed
6. Identify training needs for all cleaning staff
7. Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety and tender specifications
8. Plan out work schedule for cleaners
9. Provide help and guidance to immediate reports
10. Solve operational problems and make decisions
11. Implement and review the operation SOP for the job sites/teams
12. Train cleaners and team leaders on service standards

Requirements:

1. At least 1-2 years’ experience in the cleaning industry and valid class 3/3A driving license will be an advantage
2. Prior experience in operations and recruitment in cleaning is highly preferred
3. Possess good communication and leadership skills
4. Good cleaning standard and service oriented
5. Can take responsibility and lead a small team
6. Self-driven, Independent and resourceful
7. Able to handle fast-paced working environment
8. Able to work well with all levels of stakeholders including foreign workers
9. Able to work weekends/PH. Contactable after office hours as and when necessary
