Role:
We’re seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager with a proven track record of scaling e-commerce brands. In this role, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Your focus will be driving growth and improving ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to scale revenue and drive growth.
2. Build and manage in-house marketing team.
3. Manage and optimize Meta and Google ads.
4. Leverage data and analytics to monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and inform decisions.
5. Brainstorm and develop creative strategies for digital marketing ads.
6. Collaborate with video editors and other creatives to produce engaging and effective ad content.
7. Conduct regular A/B testing to optimize ad performance, audience targeting, and funnel efficiency.
8. Stay updated on trends and emerging digital marketing strategies.
9. Work closely with cross-functional teams (product and creative) to align marketing with overall business goals.

What we are looking for:

1. Proven experience in digital marketing for e-commerce brands.
2. Demonstrated success in scaling brands and achieving revenue growth through digital channels.
3. Hands-on expertise in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
4. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Shopify, and other marketing tools.
5. Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
6. Excellent communication and project management skills.
7. Experience in building and managing a team.
