HR cum Admin Executive

About the role

FUI BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly organised and proactive HR cum Admin Executive to join our team in Mandai Estate North Region. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR and administrative support to our growing construction company.

What you'll be doing

• Handling the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration and more
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant HR policies, procedures and employment laws
• Assisting with the implementation of HR initiatives and programmes to enhance employee engagement and well-being
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
• Responsible for processing of billing invoices for processing of direct billing invoices of jobs performed
• Monitor and Renewal Vehicle Road Tax & Vehicle Insurance
• Providing administrative support such as managing office supplies, equipment and facilities

What we're looking for

• 1-3 years of experience in a generalist HR and/or administrative role, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment legislation
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, with the ability to work with HR information systems
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
• A team player with a positive, proactive and customer-focused attitude
